What are the considerations for the temperature when drinking sauce-flavored Baijiu

With the continuous development of the economy, the progress of the liquor industry is well-known to all. Sauce-flavored Baijiu is a relatively common beverage in our daily life, and it has gained popularity among many friends. But do you know at what temperature Sauce-flavored Baijiu is best to drink?

To store sauce-flavored Baijiu, as everyone knows, it should be placed vertically in a relatively dry, clean, bright, and well-ventilated place. If conditions permit, the relative humidity of the environment should ideally be around 70%. Higher humidity can easily cause mold and decay on the bottle cap.

The storage temperature for sauce-flavored Baijiu should not exceed 30℃, and it is strictly prohibited to have fireworks or smoking nearby. The container seal must be tight to prevent leakage and evaporation of the liquor.

Among the various flavor types of sauce-aroma Baijiu, Luzhou-flavor Baijiu is relatively easy to store. The production process of Luzhou-flavor Baijiu results in an elegant and mellow liquor quality. Coupled with careful storage, various microorganisms beneficial to the human body mature in the liquor, enhancing its flavor.

Regarding how to drink sauce-flavored Baijiu, there are differing opinions on whether it should be refrigerated or heated. Those who advocate drinking it cold believe that Baijiu is inherently hot in nature, and if consumed hot, it will become even hotter, potentially harming the stomach.

If it's a cold drink, it can effectively counteract the heat without causing damage from overheating. Those who prefer hot drinks believe that heating the wine can volatilize some of the substances in it that are harmful to human health, such as methanol. These substances are usually low-boiling-point components.

Let me tell you some ways to sober up

Sugar water method: Take out an appropriate amount of white sugar and mix it with boiling water before drinking. It can help sober up;

White radish for alcohol detoxification: Take 1 kilogram of white radish, mash it in a juicer to extract the juice, and drink it all at once. You can also add an appropriate amount of brown sugar to the white radish juice and drink it. Alternatively, you can eat the radish raw directly;
