Can Maotai Town Maotai Maotai Maotai Maotai Baijiu be drunk?

Steamed liquor: also known as skewered aroma or skewered liquor.

Maotai Town generally promotes the concept of grain liquor and non sauce liquor such as raw pulp, often packaged in barrels, and promotes liquor priced at 10 yuan/jin, 29 yuan, etc. as this type of liquor.

Sauce flavored liquor is a broad concept that includes:

1. Daqu sauce flavored Kunsha liquor

2. Daqu Crushed Sand Sauce Aroma Wine

3. Guaqu sauce flavored liquor

4. Daqu Fansha sauce flavored liquor

5. Steamed liquor (also known as fake liquor, low-priced sauce flavored liquor sold on the market is basically this type of product.)

Since the GB/T: 26760 standard for sauce flavored liquor, the liquor produced by the skewing process does not meet the standards for sauce flavored liquor and has been eliminated!  

The following is an example of using Daqu sauce flavored Kunsha liquor to illustrate the cost.

Example 1: Calculated based on the cost of one pound of alcohol as follows

(1) 2 × 3.30=6.60 (Xiaohongliang)

(2) 2 × 1.70=3.40 (koji medicine)

(3) 1 × 1.20=1.20 (labor salary)

(4) 1 × 0.20=0.20 (management salary)

(5) 1 × 0.30=0.30 (large coal)

(6) 1 × 0.20=0.20 (water and electricity)

(7) 1 × 0.10=0.10 (tool wear)

Example 2: Calculated based on the cost of one container

(1500 jin of red sorghum brewed in one steamer for seven times can produce 750 jin of Baijiu)

(1) 1500 × 3.30=4950 (Xiaohongliang)

(2) 1500 × 1.70=2550 (Qu Yao)

(3) 750 × 1.20=900 (labor salary)

(4) 750 × 0.20=150 (management salary)

(5) 750 × 0.30=225 (large coal)

(6) 750 × 0.20=150 (hydroelectric)

(7) 750 × 0.10=75 (tool wear)

Note: (1) A steaming container needs to undergo 8 fermentations and take seven batches of wine to complete one production cycle.

(2) This 750 jin Baijiu is calculated according to the standard value of a production cycle.

The market price of newly brewed Baijiu (hereinafter referred to as base liquor) is as low as 18 yuan/jin, and the price rises by 5~7 yuan per year.

For example, (initial price of 18 yuan+floating price of 5 years × 6 yuan=48 yuan) is the price of Baijiu five years later This is only calculated based on the standard low value.

But in practice, the price is determined based on the vintage and quality of the base wine.

Three year old ones can be sold for 50-60 yuan/jin; Five year old ones can be sold for 90-100 yuan/jin.
